Today I made a few minor user experience improvements. The experience of action buttons is now unified. They are all the same level of opacity. Also, the public/private icon has changed from an eyeball to a lock, which is more consistent with the rest of the social media world.

The choice of whether and insight is public or private can now be made before saving it, and that choice remains persistent, so you don’t have to keep toggling every time you want to add something. Just click the lock icon next to the input form and that will change the mode for all future insights / next steps you add.

Also, you’ll notice I’ve removed who authored a particular agenda item. This way, folks are less likely to be influenced by who posted an agenda item when deciding where to put their votes. Thanks to Lisa for that idea!
